SHIPPING POLICY
Here at The Tiny Trooper, we recognise the beckoning call of adventure and want you to get out there in our awesome shoes as soon as possible! However, we also want to ensure that your parcels are delivered in a safe and reliable manner, and that comes at a (slight) cost.

Standard Delivery - $5, 3-5 working days
Free Delivery - For orders above $120
Refund & Exchange Policy
All purchases are final and we do not allow refunds for items purchased.
However, we understand that it can be hard nail the perfect fit for your toddlers in one try. At The Tiny Trooper, we allow for a size exchange of the item within 14 business days of your purchase.
Kindly email us at hello@thetinytrooper.com with your order number and the new size required.
Exchange date and timing will be arranged via email. Kindly note that we can only facilitate one exchange per purchase. Subsequent exchanges will be charged at $10 each.

For us to facilitate the exchange, the purchased footwear must be unwashed, unworn and unused with original tags and box intact.
